Give your mascot something useful to do.

Some apps connect your mascot to AI agents. Some use AI to understand, rewrite, or help. Others stay simple and local, like timers, reminders, and system health.

AI watch

Ko notices when one of your AI agents needs you and brings you back to the right session.

Focus timer

Focus timer

A small local timer keeps the rhythm. When the focus block ends, Ko stretches and celebrates with you.

Clipboard fix

Ko brings a cleaner version beside the copied text. You review it first, then apply only when it looks right.

Character as interface

The mascot is the app.

The tools do not sit behind another dashboard. They appear through the character you already recognize. Every Masko app gives that character one or more useful instincts: notice, remember, ask, and react.

Notice

Ko catches the moment.

An AI session waits, copied text changes, or a timer ends. The mascot makes the invisible state visible.

Remember

Small things stay close.

A tool can keep its own local state so the next check-in starts where the last one ended.

Ask

The question comes to you.

Ko brings forward the useful decision instead of leaving it hidden in a terminal or another tab.

React

Useful things gain personality.

A focus block can end with a stretch. A finished task can end with a clap. A game can wrap around the mascot.

AI agents

Your AI agents finally have a face.

Masko brings Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot CLI, and Hermes into one living desktop character. See what is running, what is waiting, and jump back when one needs you.

Questions

Asked and answered.

The useful details before a new character moves onto your desktop.

What is a desktop mascot?

A desktop mascot is an animated character that lives on your Mac. With Masko, it can react to your day, show when an AI agent needs you, and keep useful little tools within reach.

Can I create a mascot from a picture?

Yes. Describe the character you want or upload a drawing or image. Masko creates the character, lets you choose the face that feels right, makes its first resting loop, and sends it to your Mac.

Do I have to create my own mascot?

No. You can choose a mascot from the marketplace or download Masko and start with Ko. You can also browse the marketplace for ideas before creating your own character.

What is the first mascot animation?

Your custom mascot starts with a short resting loop. It keeps the character gently animated when nothing else is happening, and you can add more reactions later.

Can I add custom mascot reactions?

Yes. You can create animations for specific moments, such as drinking when it is time for water, dancing when Spotify starts, or celebrating when work is done.

Does Masko work with AI coding agents?

Masko works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot CLI, and Hermes. Your mascot can show when an agent is working, waiting, or asking for approval, then help you return to the right terminal.

Does Masko work on Mac?

Yes. Masko Desktop supports macOS 14 or newer. Your mascot lives alongside your usual Mac windows, so it stays visible without requiring a separate dashboard.
