Terms of Service.

Masko is operated by Masko AI LLC. In these terms, "Masko", "we", "us", and "our" mean Masko AI LLC.

By accessing Masko, joining the waitlist, using an invite link, creating an account, or using the product, you agree to these terms.

The pre-launch waitlist, happy-few funnel, referral links, share links, rankings, rewards, and access timing can change as we test the launch.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific rank, a specific reward, or a permanent account.

Do not buy, sell, spam, automate, or abuse invitations, referral links, share-verification links, or waitlist positions.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure.

You must not use Masko if you are legally barred from doing so, or if your use would violate applicable law.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, break these terms, create risk for other users, or attempt to bypass product limits.

Masko helps users create, animate, organize, and use characters and mascots.

The service may change, pause, degrade, or become unavailable while we ship updates, fix issues, or protect the platform.

Beta and pre-launch features are provided for testing and may be incomplete, unstable, or removed.

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, names, descriptions, and other materials you provide to Masko.

You must have the rights needed to upload or submit your materials, and your use of Masko must not violate someone else's rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you may use generated outputs you create through Masko for personal or commercial projects.

Generative systems can produce similar outputs for different users. Masko does not guarantee that any output is unique, trademarkable, or free from third-party claims.

You grant Masko the limited rights needed to host, process, cache, display, deliver, troubleshoot, and improve the service using your content and generated assets.

Paid features, credits, masks, plans, subscriptions, prices, and limits may be added or changed over time.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Unless required by law or stated in a separate written policy, purchases are non-refundable once credits or paid features have been used.

Do not use Masko to create illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or exploitative content.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, resell access to, or interfere with Masko or its infrastructure.

Do not submit secrets, passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information that is not needed to use the service.

Masko may depend on third-party tools for hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, analytics, payments, AI generation, and error monitoring.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we choose vendors to help operate Masko responsibly.

Masko is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect outputs, exact ranking behavior, or that the product will meet every use case.

You are responsible for reviewing generated assets before using them publicly or commercially.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masko AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Masko is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Masko in the three months before the claim or 100 USD.

We may update these terms as Masko changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.

If you keep using Masko after updated terms take effect, you accept the updated terms.
