Delete your Masko account

In Masko Life, open Settings, choose Delete my account, and confirm Request deletion. You can also request deletion without installing or opening the app.

Email paul@masko.ai from the email address used for your Masko account, with the subject “Masko Life account deletion”. We may ask you to verify ownership. Do not send your password.

This requests deletion of your Masko account and its personal data, including Life photos, memories and companions. It affects the same account in other Masko products. Support will confirm completion by email. Transaction records required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be retained.

Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. Save any keepsakes you want before requesting deletion.
